Difference between unimproved land and unincorporated area


Both unimproved land and unincorporated area refers to land where something is missing for housing puposes.

Unimproved land simply means that no building or other structure has been built on the relevant parcel of land.

Unincorporated area refers to the area within or outside the city limits that is not part of the area supplied with various services, such as public utilities, public transport, etc.
