Difference between non-appealable and final and binding

Non-appealable: A non-appealable decision includes an intermediary determination of an issue that will have a deleterious effect on one of the parties without the availability of immediate remedy.

Final and binding: A decision by a duly-constituted body which decides a legal dispute with finality and binding effect.
