Difference between indivisible services and divisible services

Indivisible services: Unless the nature of the services or the agreement of the parties requires otherwise, the service specified in the works contract cannot be divided.

Divisible services: The service may be considered as divisible on the basis of an agreement of the parties if the parties agree on interim performance. If the service is dividable, the delivery is carried out in accordance with the completion of certain parts of the work as specified in the contract.
