Difference between found and establish

Both terms refers to the same action: the creation of an institution.

‘Establish’ refers to the creation of companies. By establishing a company, we do not only bring it into existence, but we also set it in operation.

Founding an organization refers to its creation for enduring existence. The foundation usually lays on a firm basis (by signing treaties, statutes or articles of association).
