Difference between discrepancies and entire agreement


Discrepancies: It permits several different documents to be in effect between the parties and specifies the order of precedence between them.


Entire agreement: It specifies that the contract is the one and only agreement regulating the rights and obligations of the parties. No other agreement will be in effect between them
